HydraByte seeks to spawn the collaborative contribution of everyday Internet users in creating the very first community-built search engine called C^ret.
The C^ret engine will not just simply retrieve searches more efficiently by presenting them in a semantic categorical presentation, but it will also indulge the user with new eye candy features and a more amusingly efficient interactive experience.
With the evolution of technology, the World Wide Web has also developed. The Internet now actually has different version numbers. While in the past Web 2.0 has been the dominant version, Web 3.0 now proposes a new set of additional features. Web 3.0 relates to a Semantic Web, which is an improved expansion of standards that transform the Web into a large database of categorizations where users can better interact with search engines and other software. C^ret, a community-built search engine in itself, is also a part of Web 3.0 with its top level domain .caret
